Postage & Handling Fees

We are proud to ship our delicious sauces and unique marinades Australia wide only.

We use Australia Post, allowing you to track your order from placement to delivery.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are dependant on quantity purchased.

Delivery times

Please allow 3-5 business days for all Australian orders. Western Australia and rural areas may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

Please note that we DO NOT currently ship internationally. Please contact us at bigscrubfoods@gmail.com for any enquiries regarding this.

Exchange & Returns*

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to organise an exchange or return.

All products must be returned unused, in the original packaging. The safe return and shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer (we recommend including tracking).

​

Postage of an exchanged item will incur a $10.00 shipping fee.
